IMAS Group provides digital marketing and related services, which may include (without limitation): SEO, paid advertising/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, digital PR, brand design, web design & development, UI/UX design, and strategic marketing services (collectively, “Services”).
Important: The Website provides general information about IMAS Group and our Services. Any actual Services you purchase from us may be governed by a separate written agreement (a “Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will control for that project.

8) Marketing Disclaimer (No Guarantees)
Digital marketing results can vary due to factors outside our control (including competition, algorithms, platform policy changes, website condition, budget, product-market fit, and seasonality).
Unless explicitly stated in a written Service Agreement, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or return on investment.
9) Client Materials and Permissions
If you engage IMAS Group for Services, you are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide (logos, images, videos, copy, access credentials, data, etc.) are owned by you or properly licensed for use. You agree not to provide materials that infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
You grant IMAS Group a limited license to use your provided materials solely to perform the Services and to display non-confidential work as part of our portfolio, unless you and IMAS Group agree otherwise in writing.
10) Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Any fees, billing cycles, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellation terms for Services will be set out in a Service Agreement, invoice, or written proposal. If no Service Agreement exists, no Services are deemed purchased.

12) Disclaimers
